rear brake pedal spring came undone

The spring that causes the brake pedal to spring back up after you take your foot off has come loose.Therefore, how do I put this spring back in its proper place? is there anyway you could explain to me how to fix it?Please e-mail me or at least post a reply if anyone can help.
